I am a picker, I have two scabs on my chin at the mo which have been there for ages, and I pick them all the time, OH goes MAD at me. I dont even know I am doing it half the time 
It does make me feel ugly when I look at myself and see them still there weeks later, but I cant resist 
I get biten a lot in the summer on my legs,and I always end up with scabs which eventually turn into scars so I cant even wear a skirt
