As Mia will be just over 2 when i have the baby, we are going to need a double pushchair....as she still likes to have a sleep during the day and if i'm out and about it will be much easier.

Has anyone got one of these-they are quite expensive, but i know it's something that will last...can i please have your opionions if you have one.

Thanks Amy.

yep i have one!

for me, two flaws, one's pretty big.

the smaller one is that the brake is really awkward to put on and off. if your wearing soft shoes or flip flops you'd have no chance of putting/taking off the break. it's like a thin metal bar that you need to press down or up to put on or off. even my OH has problems, and a number of times we've had to use our hands.

The main problem, is for us at the moment we just have Oliver whose 13 months old in the main part of the pram. If we lie him down in it he's fine, but to get him sat upright again and fasten the straps at the back, then we need to take him out of the seat to do it. his weight (when he's too little to understand me asking him to sit forward) means that it's almost impossible to fasten them again.

Not good when you have a grumpy baby round town, just waking up from his nap, wanting to sit up and you have nowhere to put him while you sit him upright. And you need two hands to fasten it at the back!!

Other than that, I love it! it's so easy to push around. Can be a little awkward moving round tight corners, but really it is designed for 2 children, and it's so much better than the mclaren side by side we have.

I agree with star as we have one too, the brake really does need to be so stiff though because it is technically a double. I love it as Isla is fast apporaching two and a half and sometimes wants to walk and sometimes not, i only need one buggy in the boot and just use it as a double or single depending on the need.

I love it but agree about the sitting them up bit its a pain in the ar*e! :rotfl:
