Over the past couple of months a few days before , during and a day or so after my periods my mood has been terrible. A complete rollercoaster is how i would describe it . I did have mood swings for a bit when gave up BF but that stopped and now I'm like this for a week a month, my hubby has even seen a difference. Do you think a pill might help? (even though i was put off them for life taking microgynon)
