Hi mummies
Well, before I got pregnant, I've never had a particularly strong pelvic floor, I occasionally had the odd accident, then when I got pregnant and my pregnancy progressed it got worse and worse, laughing, coughing, sneezing etc, now I've had him its a lot worse! Solomon is 9 months old and now it's worse than ever and TMI ALERT!!!! When me and OH have sex, I'm not anywhere near as 'tight' : / infact it's pretty naff, hubby says all is fine but I knOw he wouldn't want to hurt my feelings. I just wondered if anyone else has suffered from a weak pelvic floor? And what u did to help? Regular pelvic floor excersises don't help. Are those kegal excersisers any good? Would my GP do anything? Sorry for all the questions
Thank you in advance
