Pains /twinges inside ?

Hello

this is kind of an introduction plus a question to anyone that may have heard of this or exp the same thing?
I am 6 weeks preg with second baby (need to sort new ticker out asap!) and since i found out i was preg i have been getting sharp twinges up inside vagina. they arent really really painful and dont last long but when they do they hurt and make me want to jump from my chair. havent had any bleeding or anything like that. been feeling very tired, nauseous etc.
any ideas?

I've been having these too, kind of feel like a mini static shock.
I asked my midwife about them today and she said its just things moving around and finding their new homes.
Doesn't make the pain any easier but hope it helps.
