i have SPD (got a physio appt monday for a belt) but paracetamol is doing nothing now, is there anything else thats safe to take? i only want to take it when i know i have to do something (such as shopping or if it gets too bad in the night) but im not sure what else is safe to take?

my gp pescribed co-codamol for me
but i would check before just going ahead with it
hope the spd pain eases soon i remember it very well
and its already re-appearing with this one :(

dont worry i wont be taking anything before speaking to the midwife or doctor first :)
