Hi,
Last week I finished anti biotics for a kidney infection so I don't think I have a uti still...
But when I'm nearly done emptying my bladder I get horrible pain around my pelvis into my back then after a few moments it'll just go, I feel like I can't empty it fully so think I need to go again pretty much straight after... I've herd it could be baby on bladder, or round ligament pain. My docs just gave me anti biotics last time and didn't tell me what the test said but I'm pretty sure it was negative and just going on what I was telling them... so they'll just give me it again if I go which I don't wanna do.
In my last pregnancy, Dr gave me anti biotics for uti, then it came back from lab that I had nothing wrong so they rang and told me to stop taking them shouldn't they have tested before giving me?! Don't want to keep taking stuff which I don't need or the wrong tablet... xx

i had bladder pains all the time and constant weeing - but just a tiny trickle! it turned out at my 20 week scan baby was sat right on my bladder and it was him moving making me need to go.

even now i get bladder, kicks, punches and headbutts they come out of nowhere so im sorta obsessed with going to the toilet to make sure i dont pee myself lol.

ask if they will test or swab you just to be sure xx

I've had these pains sometimes too.. I'm assuming its when LO is squishing my bladder because I don't always get it.

I'm also peeing non-stop, like you I'll go and then get back into bed and need to go again! I'm drinking a lot of water so this probably has something to do with it too x

Ive had this since Sunday along with stretching/round ligament pain but only on my right side. It feels like pressure pain right at the end of going for wee then it goes again. I had it a few weeks back but not as bad (prob because baby was smaller then) called the docs and done a sample but that came back fine. Putting it down to baby on bladder.

I never had this with my first but I'm wondering if with placenta being at the front has anything to do with it affecting the way baby lays. X

I had similar issues for a good few weeks where the 'pushing' sensation of going to the loo created a sharp pain in my side - it was normally my right side but sometimes my left. It could be be excruciating at times, making me struggle to finish. The doctor just said baby was probably pinching a nerve or something. I've not had it recently, at least not in anywhere the same strength.
