Pain on left side

I keep having a sharp throbbing pain on my left hand side - don't like it

Also went for run yesterday and got stabby pains in belly button about 15 mins in. Trusted my instincts and went home.

I test in two days - really hoping these are just symptoms...

I had a similar thing at dance class! Yesterday when I was teaching my lower abdo just ached real bad and today at my own class I had the stabby belly button pains too! Fx it is a good sign
