Ouch it hurts

Woke up this morning with a pain in the lower part of my belly, on the left hand side. It's a throbbing pain and there a pulling sensation. Could this be OV pain? Iv'e never had it before. I did OPK yesterday and the test line was almost as dark as the control line. Not tested yet today though. I hope it is
