Pain after mc

Hi everyone
This is an odd question?
I suffered a mc last Sunday but the last 2 days I have been having sharp pain down below. My bleeding has almost gone but this pain is quite intense and is getting me down. I wondered if anyone has had this. I have been doing more than usual in an attempt to try and block out everything but now in thinking I've over done it?
Sorry if this doesn't make sense.

Hi so sorry for your loss I also miscarried last week and bleeding has almost stopped. I have a lot of pain when I'm going to the toilet it's very low down and sharp pains it puts me off wanting to use the toilet (sorry for tmi) I suppose that could be contributing to the pain. Just to make sure there is nothing else wrong I have made an appointment with my GP. Xxx
