Pain across top of bump?

Lasted about 2 mins and took my breath away what could it be? Bh maybe? Bump was really hard after pain went for a few more seconds then went back to normal?

I imagine that is what they feel like, mind you that is were I get pain when I get trapped wind now!! Lol!!
