Your body can be so cruel to you, gives you false signals and as we're in tune iwth our bodies at the mo we pick up the smallest sign, crazy!

Bleeping witch got me today too, knew she was on her way from spotting and temp drop so no real surprise - still she is hardly a welcome guest!!!

to cheer myself up i have had a MASSIVE curry, half a packet of choc cookies and about to tuck into custard. dont judge me I LOOVVVEEEE custard lol!!
