OV strips advice needed please!

Hey everyone!

So I started using my internet cheapy OV strips yesterday but i'm a bit confused about when to do them?

Do I do them with FMU like a PG test or do I do them during the day? I did 1 yesterday at 3ish and i've just done another 1 at 9ish because I was busting for a wee lol.

So do I do it first thing in the morning when the wee is the most concentrated or in the afternoon/evening?

I'm a bit confused lol

I've heard the evening is best as the hormone builds up through the day but not sure if this is 100% fact

you should never do opk strips with fmu usually people say about 1400 but can be done between 10.00 and 22.00 x

I finish work at 5ish so i'll do them then I think. Luckily for me I work at home so I don't have to wait while I travel home! lol I'm a childminder.
