Ov before sperm test

Typically i reckon that I'll O the day before DH's sperm test. I'm sure i read some where that OH should have a couple of days 'rest' before testing so that the super spermies are big and strong.

Can anyone shed any light on this theory.

yes you cant BD 3 days before a sperm test.

remember that o isnt fixed each month and even after the egg is released you get a 24 hour window.

I'd think long term and dont BD before the test, but get going when you get home!

Denice is right, you musn't BD just before a sperm test or you get an unaccurate picture and the test will have been pointless


however.....you need to make sure you've BD'd about 3-5 days before the sperm test or his sperm will have started to die off

so as sperm can survive inside you for a while you're still in with a chance
