Thought Id be good this morning so bought myself a carton of waitrose own brand orange and grapefruit juice for £1.
They were in the middle of stocking the shelves so took the first carton. Stupidly didnt lom at the use by date.
Got to work, thirsty so poured a large glass and knocked it back. Poured a second and was halfway through it when I noticed the carton said use by 27 April 2011 !!
10 weeks past the date and it was still sitting on a shelf!
Marched back and stuck my bump out... was given a double refund and complaint logged with head office who will contact me in 28 days.
They better hope I dont get sick!
