Osteopath in a couple of hours

I got my osteopath appointment at 3pm, i have been going to an osteopath since i was 9 years old but i feel really nervous about this appointment, he knows i am 11 weeks pregnant etc but i still worry. lol

Ah he said I am a osteopaths worst nightmare, a ballet dancing pregnant woman with a wibbly wobbly pelvis ha ha! He basically said it won't get better and I have to concentrate on my posture, as it changes during pregnancy it is gonna make it worse. But I have to use my left leg more than right and he gave me some stretches. Got to see once a week. He is concerned about my job cos its physical etc but he has no say on any of that.

Yeh he is great it does feel a little loser but he said it won't last long lol
