Oral thrush or milk?

As the title suggests, my baby has white on her tongue, it never goes away and it didn't budge at all when I tried to wipe it off, she's had it since being about a week old but I just suspected it was milk until I looked it up. I'm also having shooting pains in my boobs inbetween feedings and the ends of my nipples are pink and tender. She's also for a few weeks been suffering terribly with gas pains, crying and coming off the breast, arching her back etc. what do you think? Il try and attach a pic ...

If it doesn't come off it's not just milk. Get a GP appointment and explain your concerns about thrush. You'll both need to get treated for it (nipples) so you don't keep passing it back and forth xx

Sounds/looks like thrush. My boy had it really bad for around 2 3 weeks when he was that age.
Go to your doctor and they'll prescribe something x
