heyy everyone hope your all doing ok..
new to this forum but gonna give it a go as need some advice :)

this is the first month of using opk's i got my positive on CD15.. i am now on CD 22 and done an OPK and got a faint line, now i have been told on an OPK the two lines have to be the same darkness but surely a faint line means something ?

good luck to everyone :)

x

Hi im quite new to opk's too sooo am not an expert but what ive read from other posts is that the line has to be darker than the test line for a positive result, not sure what a faint line is tbh but hope this little bit of info helps you and doesnt confuse you :)

The line has to be as dark as the control to be a positive. You may get lines throughout your cycle, I do x

last month i got a faint second line for a week then went dark for a few days and then was faint for a few more days. I think a faint lines means it is picking up the LH hormone but the surge of the hormone hasnt been enough to trigger ovulation or is just after ovulation when you will still ahve some in your system.
