OPK question

Just a quick one, I used my first OPK today, ordered them off Amazon.. ..i can read it fine but the ones I have says to pee into a clear pot and dip it in for 10seconds....all well and good but I'm at work most days so don't really have access to such an item and working so many days in a row and til late at night I won't have time to wash every night.

Will it still be ok to pee on the stick? And I forgot to do it at the start of my break today so didn't do it til just after 5....normally my break starts between half 3 and 4, will this make a difference? Should I test again when I get home, bearing in mind sometimes I finish half 10 sometimes I finish at midnight so won't always be at the same time but will be within like a 90min area I test each time.

I think you need to test between 10am and 5pm for accurate results. I use disposable plastic cups. Don't know if you can pee on it.

I just test at home as trying to do it at work would just be something else to faff with. Obviously that means I nearly never test between 10am and 5pm. I find I have a very regular pattern with them regardless. The most I ever do in a day is 2 (morning and evening). I know lots of ladies test more frequently. Hope that helps.

I sometimes don't remember to do it til 6 or 7pm and it still tends to show up. I got some from Amazon too, they sound like similar instructions - I haven't tried to pee on the stick though. What I have noticed is that they take longer to show a reading than the boots ones so be patient

Well I've done it a few days now, it doesn't take long.....i see the thingy line then normally keep an eye on it over a 5min period, the line to say about my levels is there but not overly solid yet so hoping it's still to come and I didn't ovulate early.

Tomorrow I have to do it in work unfortunately but I'm on a department where I can take toilet breaks easier so can do tests easy.....unless I forget to take them with me of course!
