Opk for pcos

Hi

If you have pcos and using opks are 20 miu or 30 miu better? Really confused!

I use 20 but I don't have high levels of LH (which is common in pco ladies). Do you often have problems with getting lots of positive tests even when you aren't ovulating? If so go for the 30.

I don't normally gets positives I think I got my first last cycle that was it EVER I get second lines during cycles daily but never proper positive ones

So are opk like pregnancy tests
so lower the number the less lh you have?
If positive on a 30/40 one that's like a defo on a 20?

Yes, the higher the number the less sensitive they are. So some pco ladies have high lh levels and would always read positive on the 20s. As you sound like me the 20s are fine.
