opinions on my birth plan

No it's not complusory. I'm going to put mine in my folder with my white notes so that the Midwife who sees me when i'm in labour can find it. x

I asked OH last night and he said he'd eat it........ I nearly vomitted in my mouth! All he said was it's supposed to be good for you and full of protein...... Bah! He's a body builder so all protein is good.......:shock::shock:

I just pray he was taking the pee!!

:lol::shock::lol::shock: do you know what you should call his bluff! After you have been to your next midwifes appointment tell him you told her that he wanted to do this and she has made the "special arrangements" for this to happen now.. lol. see how he reacts to that..

fab birth plan - what about putting whether you want an episiotomy or not?

do you know what toni i dont even know what one is. how bad is that. xxx

 That's a really nice birth plan imo.

Easy to read and understand. Gets your wishes across in a nice way. Also lets the medical team know that even though you know what you want, that you're open to work with them too in order to achieve the best possible outcome for baby and you.

Well done :) x
