Well that was quite possibly the most stressful day I've had for a while!
How is everyone doing? Gill, don't let your mum get to you, you WILL get your BFP and you'll go on to have a perfectly happy and healthy pregnancy!
Well I'm now kinda hoping my pos opk will be here on sat as my sis and her friend have come to stay with me as a last minute thing and are going home Sunday morning!

P.s. In going crazy. Af all not here im not getting faint lines in pm wee bit not a sniff in morning wee lol I'm cramping like she's here but nothing. She'll get me at midnight lol. I'm 99% sure I'm not pregnant but even oh could see the line without effort but then this morning nothing again lol.

I think i will stick to the preseed this month and see how i go, I dont use what is recommended on the pack as found it too wet, just a tiny bit helped.
I will say though that I didn't use it the month i caught and still got pregnant!!

Well I'm pretty sure I'm out this month ladies. Oh turned me down flat this evening (meaning we only dtd 5days before ov) I got upset so he asked why, I told him it was nothing and I was just being over emotional, he kept asking so eventually I told him that I was fertile now and had wanted another chance before he went away. He then got in a right shit about it, stomping around, kicking his bag around (that he chose to pack over having sex with me!) before asking me why I hadn't said anything earlier!!! I wanted to reply with something super sarcastic about him having issues with performing under pressure, but I didn't (am not a bitch honest!) just calmly said that I wanted it to be a fun last evening before he went away with the added bonus that we might have got pregnant. He then asked how I knew it was now, so I told him about the opks, then he asked why the hell I was doing them!!! As it will happen when it happens (his words). They really don't get it!!!!!!

Am so frustrated and upset. I really wanted it to happen this month. Don't feel that I have anyone in real life that I can talk to all this about, thank god I found this forum!

Emma I totally feel your pain and that's why im so glad I found this forum too cause men just really don't get it, even my hubby has said to me all we need to do is have sex on your ov day we don't need to dtd anytime else to which I fell about laughing and told him it doesn't work like that, to which he was like but ive had a busy day at work etc so I was like sorry but my body ovulates when it ovulates, it doesn't think gee is he having a busy day at work????

Then theres my mum who still treats me like a child (im married and 33) and says she doesn't want anymore grandchildren, we are daft stupid etc for wanting kids and its prob fate we aren't to have kids so cant talk to her neither she went mental when I told her we are ttc.

so this forum is the only place I can discuss things, I literally have no one in real life

so anyway after my rambling im really meaning neither do I emma but we are all here for each other

Thanks Gill, it's so good to have you guys! Your comment about ovulating really made me laugh, how good would it be if we could flick a switch to ovulate on command!! Lol would make things much simpler!!

Men can be such pigs, I think there must be something in the air tonyt. I've got a sulk on with oh, I shown him my stash and the new lube etc and he was like why you showing me ur ovulation tests, so I kind of snapped and told him he doesn't want it as much as me and what's point lol, why can't men be as Into and stuff like us, I just wanna hear him get excited about trying not "oh" ahhhhhh lol oh I do love you ladies I actually don't no what would do without you lotxx

Ahhh my day was just busy and stressful! Nothing I can't handle!
Oh ladies, this forum is amazing for support, I don't know where I'd be without my PF family!
Emmajaine, try not to let your oh get you down, maybe talk to him and tell him exactly what is going through your mind and that the 'see what happens' just isn't working for you as there's so much to it?
And gill, sorry to be blunt but just because your mum doesn't want any more grand children ,doesn't mean she has any right to tell you you shouldn't and won't have children! No one has the right to stop people living there lives! You will have your BFP, and you will make a great mum! (I can tell!) we all will , it's just that some have more hurdles than others!

Emma, I don't blame you for being annoyed, I would be! Men are idiots lol they seem to think it will happen just like that! Maybe you should have a chat when he gets back and tell him you don't think seeing how it goes is working and want to opk etc to make sure you hit ov.

OH doesn't want me to get more things like the grapefruit juice, cassava root and the activ conceive etc as he thinks they are a waste of money. Yet surely it's worth it if it means we get a bfp? Urgh!!

Gill, I agree with the others just because your mum says she doesn't want anymore doesn't mean you have to listen. My OH's mum and my mum have said they don't want grandchildren yet but we're not listening. It's your life so do what you want and you will get your bfp!

Kirsty im totally the same now I don't know what id do without pf, I just feel its good to talk about things andget excited for each other together.

Kelly as long as nothing you cant handle then, however I always feel that if my day is real busy it totally flies by, nothing worse than time dragging at work. aw Kelly thanks she really does get to me at times (and sometimes hubby, but like he says aswell don't let her get to me.
I have a very funny feeling your gonna get your solid face tomorrow see when u see it for the 1st time its great its almost like getting a bfp (well I can only imagine ive never had a bfp before )

but your right we will all get our bfps and take over tri 1 together lol x

Thanks so much ladies, You are all amazing!! I think he has realised how differently we are looking at things, and how it is harder emotionally for me.

I'm gonna talk to him again when he gets back about whether he wants to know my most fertile period or not, and if I continue with opk (not sure ATM if I want to or not) when they are positive.

But for now I'm gonna enjoy having the house to myself and being able to watch whatever I want on the tv!!! Lol
