got a question ive just thinking about things,we always dtd at night times and I always have a shower in the morning as don't want to smelling of spermies lol.

How long do you think it takes sperm to swim? do you think by morning they will have reached their destination? or by me having a shower in the morning im I ruining my chances by washing?

Lol kirsty, my stash is in two parts, a tin which we keep handy and put the lid on if we have guests in which I keep our gel (we use ann summers cock rub), my moon cup and some syringes (for collecting sperm when needed), and my morning thermometer. I also have a bag in the bathroom which holds my cups for urine, my opk's and my hpt's. My vitamins and my Oh's vitamins live where I sit in the living room so they're remembered.

I know about most of them not being sperm friendly, but atm it's a case that so far it's the only thing I know works for him as without it he takes forever (metaphorically speaking) to seal the deal and sometimes even with it can't do so. I bought it to see if it would help and it really does help.

I've just put dh on wellman original, I take seven seas pregnancy vitamins, cod liver oil in malt (I get that from boots), folic acid (5mg from dr) and baby aspirin. I'm going to put both of us on ginseng (mine is nearly out so need to buy some more).

Oh and quick point the wellman and the seven seas say one a day, but we're both taking double that, and oh I only put hubby on wellman a few days ago and I'm already noticing a little improvement for him...

I have the cock rub too but not been using it since ttc in case it kills sperm but im sure youl be okay as people who use lubes get pregnant accidentally so if they can manage that im sure youl be fine oh said it didnt really do much for him though and is quite ocd about getting bedsheets sticking etc. I bought some massage oil for christmas and he wont let me use it as of yet in case the sheets get messed up and dont think he even likes messing towels up haha bless him xx
