I gonna forget test last night was obviously a dodgy test, Laura my temps are crazy it's finally gave me my lines and saying I ovulated on cd16 so I'm out this month ladies xx

I had a dodgy test too. I wouldn't say your out until the witch arrives. Sperm can live upto 5 days but 7 days isn't unheard of... (Although most only live 1 - 2 days but hey it only takes 1!)

Yummy I think I'm out coz the last time we dtd was cd12 which was when I got my smiley and then didn't dtd again u till cd18 as macie been poorly, so I don't think the sperm from cd12 would of lasted for 4 days, oh well onto next cycle I suppose x

I was just thinking sperm can live for up to 5 days so no your not out yet!

Kirsty you're not out, 5 days is the average they give for sperm life.

I'm more confused than ever my app keeps changing it's mind as to when I ov'd/will ov. However yesterdays made atleast I hope it was correct as we have more chance; and more signs of it being right....

I've heard about orgasm increasing the chances, however As foer what they were saying about retention etc I'm skeptical to say the least. It's a curious article though

LOL you probably know your own body much better than any app then! I would go off that. I was watching a tv program years ago about human life cycle etc and this is probably tmi but who cares lol. if you imagine just below your cervix is like a little "well" where the sperm sort of collects before it begins its journey, and when the female reaches climax they filmed this like thing that dips down into the "well" to help the spermies along the way. that happens during the waves of pleasure that you get. Also it takes around half an hour for the woman to go back to normal after a climax so even after we stop feeling it as much it's still having effects down there lol. That's what got me thinking about it in the first place. Although I'm not sure how that program got pulled from the depths of my memory at 4 am lol!

According to my app I ov'd yesterday, still got ewcm at the moment so not sure if it is right. God who knew this whole ttc business would be so complicated!!!

My oh sperms are probably lazy lol so won't last 4 days, we will c, already planning what I want to do next month and I'm going to try the activ balance gel, grapefruit juice once a day up to ovulation, vits and zinc and of course my temp and opk, also gonna get oh to take zinc folic acid he takes cod liver oil capsules anyway so don't no if that helps, I'm trying find a cheap fertility monitor as desperate to give it a go, what is everyone planning on trying if you don't get ur bfp x

but been sitting crying cause was watching a shortened version of my wedding on you tube. I loved that day was the best day ever. we got a lovely dvd and the dvd man put 2 shortened copies on you tube.
