Kelly, when do you take the evening primrose , I've stopped taking any tabs and not focusing as much on temps etc I do think it causes a lot more of unnecessary stress and that can delay it all, I'm cd 11 today and didn't even realise untill looked on app, it's got quick lets hope next 3 weeks do as well x

Don't ya just love a nice hot relaxing bath, mine only last about 5 minutes and then my daughter comes messing about trying splash me, wash my hair and then straight in with me lol x

Lol it's cd10 tomoz so I start testing tomoz.

It wasn't until 2013 that I found out about opk's but i kinda went overboard once I did. I definitely need to find some balance with opks lol....

The evening primrose oil should only be taken before, and up to ov, it is meant to help with the production of cm!

I had a lovely hot bath, and now I'm fully relaxed and ready for bed!

Yeah, I'm not sure why I bought them to be honest! Just thought it can't hurt! I think I'm getting a bit obsessed that taking certain things will help when really I just need to chill and bd!
I'm cd9 today and although I wanted to DTD last night I just couldn't! I've been feeling so poorly these last few days! Feeling a bit better this morning so I think I'll start on cd10 with the bd'ing! Hopefully it won't affect me as I don't ov until cd20/21 usually!

It is perfectly possible to ov early. I did so in dec and fell preg although it was not to last. Good luck, get bd-ing and sending you lots of .

Thanks lady's so should I do the 3 nights on row starting today, I don't think I'm in with chance as I've hardly dtd at all we dtd cd 5.7.8.11 oooh I feel like I've lost few days now haha x

Also when should I expect af if I ovulate earlier, it's strange as my temps ain't really showing a dip etc

hey kirsty I think you should bd for the next 3 days now, and I deffo think your still in with a chance cause uve been at it for days

You should ov 24-48hrs after you pos, and your temps will dip when ov actually happens. Sometimes my temp dips on the same day as my pos opk, but normally it's the day after, so don't be too perturbed. (Oh and if you have a pos for more than one day, it might be thatn your surge is strong but take a day or two to ov - last month I had three days pos before my temp dipped and ov actually took place)

Dtd every day for the next three days and you should be fine.

Oh and when to expect af depends entirely on how long your luteal phase is.

I've still got a million years until I ov (at least that's what it feels like) but it just goes to show, your body can do whatever it wants to do! Lol!
