On to my next cycle.....who wants to join me? :-) x

hey emma yeah me and Kelly have got the advanced ones. they are expensive though but I just think it will be an investment if we do fall pregnant.

Well im in a good mood 1 more shift to work today and im off for a week. well actually its 9 days in total because of my days off too.
im not going anywhere just staying at home and will do loads of cooking and baking yum yum! I love cooking

and because il be on holiday there wil be plenty of time to get b'd with the husband and after all a way to a mans heart is through his stomach

I don't have the advanced ones I just for the ones were you get a blank face and a solid face, but suppose won't matter if doing the smep anyway as that alone will make sure there is enough spermies waiting for the egg and then of course when get the smiley face bd for 3 days in row x

Def a good investment if they help!

Aww, sounds like an ace week off hon, you'll have to let us know what you bake and if it works as a way to more bd-ing! Lol

I went for the same ones as you Kirsty, hoping they do the job tho! Just want re-assurance that I'm actually ovulating, if you know what I mean. Xx

I know exactly what you mean Hun, I had the implant out beg nov and I started using the cheapies I never had a very very dark line in nov or dec but January had the darkest line ever and then confirmed it with a smiley on digi, this cycle I'm just using the digis, well doesn't look like will be dtd today, I'm lying in bed with my daughter watching a film (her choice lol) and oh is going work soon :-( maybe tmoz x

Yummy mummy, send some cakes to me please? :-) I'm with you on the baking/cooking thing! I love it! Enjoy your time off, I really need a week off! I only had 2 weeks off in total last year, (The joys of family business eh? I love it but the weeks just fly by!) and even one of those was because of 1 of my miscarriages! :-( 8 weeks and I'll be flying to the sunshine! Yey!

As for the opk's, it's so confusing with so many different choices out there! Like you said emmajaine, so long as you get the reassurance you need then that's all that matters! Reassurance followed by a BFP would be the best result though! ;-)

Well I hope you ladies are all having a nice weekend so far! I'm looking forward to going home, having dinner and a nice hot bath (not at the same time!) and just chilling out! I might even attack the hubby now that AF has left me! :af: xxx

Just a quick one about the cheapie tests if it's a positive does the test line come up as quick as the control line or do you have to wait a bit? Xx

On mine I have to wait a bit it can come up straight away but mine never do. I get it about 60 seconds later

I'm not officially in my tww and I'm determined not to symptom spot lol

Well we're on track for smep atm! Eryinera symptom spotting is the worst as it can convince us that we're preggers when we're not, or wory us that things aren't going as they should. I was told by my sil a few years ago (in relation to something else) that what must be will be. It's good advice, but doesn't stop the worry. Find something to distract you during your tww -maybe a good time to do your hobbies...

I'm kinda behind with smep, we dtd cd 5,7,8,and today on cd11 I done a opk today and negative, will try my hardest to bd on cd12 which shouldn't be a problem as oh only in work for 2 more nights then few nights of so should be of when I'm ovulating aswell, how u all doing c

You should be alright, just get back on track tomorrow. After all your neg opk is a good sign that ov still on it's way and therfore you have time to get more spermies in place :D

Yep defiantly I'll miss tmoz and dtd day after I'll probs ovulate around cd15/16 so 13-14th x

Hey ladies! I'll be starting the bd'ing tonight! Whoop! Cd8 for me today so I know it's only going to be for fun tonight but hey, we all love a bit of fun! Hehe!
I've done a lot of thinking today, the months that I don't do any opk's, or symptom spotting etc, I fall pregnant twice (even though they didn't stick!) :-( now I'm thinking that I've done nothing but think about taking pregnacare, aspirin (low dose), evening primrose oil, and do the opk's! Maybe I'm stressing myself out? Also, I might speak to the doctor, maybe the evening primrose oil and aspirin aren't actually helping me?
I just don't know! Maybe after this month I'm going to just relax and not do any opk's etc?
Anyway, that's what I've been thinking today, what do you ladies think? Am I over thinking it perhaps?
Xxx

Hi everyone, how are you all? is everyone having a good weekend?

That's me off on holiday today, went did some serious shopping spent £160 in asda *puts hand over face* then the husband and me decided to go out for tea tonight so that was a lovely treat.

Im gonna try and stay relaxed this week as we cant bd until wed til I have been for this scan, little does he know once Wednesday is here hes gonna be shattered for the next month lol.

So how many others have started ovulation testing yet? im gonna start on wed

Hi Kelly I would deffo do opk's, I still say that's what I did wrong in my 1st year of trying we were just too relaxed about it all just bding for fun and when we were it was prob all at the wrong times. (it turns out wasn't ovulating anyway hence the clomid) but if id done opks etc I might have known this

That's true! I think I just had a crappy day at work today and you know when you just sit there thinking too much about things and feeling sorry for yourself? There was the cutest family in my shop today and it just made me think to myself I want it soooo bad! :-( I'll get past the 13th (my first due date) and it'll be onwards and upwards from there for me! :-)

As for spending all that cash, I did exactly that the other day, spent a fortune in the supermarket and we decided to go out for food! Defeats the object of the food shop! Lol! It's a nice thing to do though!

I'm actually just about to have a nice hot bath and relax, I've got Michael buble playing and the hubby is downstairs watching tv! If only he knew what I have planned for him for the next 2 weeks or so! Lol! Poor hubby's! Hehe! Xxx

Hahahaha if only they knew what was in store, poor hubbys will be worn out come march x

Yep! And then they'll have to deal with our hormones! Lol! :-) xx

yeah and for 9 months of it cause that's what it will be when we get our march bfps!
