I don't drink enough water and if your not drinking enough then your body won't produce the ewcm as it's dehydrating, I never realised it before until read it and it makes sense x

I barely drink enough, but I never had a problem with cm until I went on those vits recently and stopping them my cm seems to be coming back.

Hey ladies and ladies! so here I am, 3dpo, not symptom spotting this month so far but I have to say, my nipples are soooooo flippin sore! I normally get tender boobs but that's it!
As for ewcm I didn't seem to have much last month after starting to take pregnacare but I stuck to it and this month I had lots! Whoop!
Sorry I've not been on here much over the last few days, been a crazy busy girl! I do pop on here and check up on you all whenever I can though, make sure you're all ok! xxx

Sounds promising if they are a lot sorer than normal!

I stopped taking my conception vits after I read about people having longer cycles and no ewcm on them but might try them again next month as I think all the vitamins in them were good for me haha xxx

i just got my results back they wanted them to be around 3000 i have 2890 so thats good. Scan 10:10 on monday

Aye if I'm truthful I've not thought anything was wrong it was my doctor who called me in and has urged me to go through this. So b with that in mind me and oh have tried not to get our hopes up. We did back in Dec and things didn't work out. I am getting more excited I just hope my. Scan doesn't throw up any suprises. I'm not expecting to see bubs on Monday. I'm just hoping to not see a problem with my tubes. (Don't worry girls you will get your bfps soon Im keeping your seat warm in tri!) You ladies are keeping me sane right now lol.
