We had a lovely evening, dtd so all good there. Had some really sharp cramps last night which I have never had before, but was still a negative on my opk last night. Will see what comes up today. Really hoping for a positive today or tomorrow!

Kelly, just seen you are in Cornwall, my folks live down there, where abouts are you?

And you! I'm cd11 today. I only stopped taking Cerazette in December. I was taking it to help control my endometriosis symptoms so being off it has been tough. So far it seems I have a 31 day cycle. How is everyone else getting on?

Well Dh came home with a box of chocolates and a bunch of pink roses for me this afternoon (plus of course a sweet valentines card). We also had the meal postponed from yesterday which was really delicious...

I had a busy day at work and OH has his mates over today they have a lads night once a week and I get to indulge on PF lol. I don't think I'll be geting much BDing done until April at this rate lmao. I would like to think I'm wrong and hubby is right and I know it only takes one spermie to be in the right place at the right time... but going into tri 1 petrifies me lol. I sort of don't want to find out until i'm 12 weeks lmao. SErved a woman at work today and I swear she was having twins her bump was so huge and I was so jealous but hey one day.... one day..... lol FX for everyone TTC

Yea oh well. As I said we didn't manage to BD much this month, illness, lack of communication etc so kinda expecting it. I don't think we are trying next month really as that would make the due date too close to mine and my sons bday. But that gives us a month of practising to make a baby lol and that can be fun too. I got my strongest LH surge in ages this month I guess I just didn't make an egg.

Hey everyone how are you all?

well yesterday we had a lovely afternoon when hubby got home, he brought home a lovely card and his and her cupcakes-(we agreed cards only) I was so happy with my card and cupcake I started crying happy tears (im always dead emotional I cry at everything)
Then we had the 3 course meal I made but had a slight disaster with the burgers they just fell apart dunno why!!!! then we went to bed early I had my sexy undies on and we had valentines bding lol.

we had a lovely day today as im still on holiday (usually work sats so a novelty to be off) we went to the hospital for my 2nd scan this morning, then went to see the in laws and took them for coffee and took them back home then at tea time went and my parents for drinks and that's us back home now.

eryinera that's rubbish about af appearing but at least their always next month!! Sharon that's good you still got your valentines everyone deserves a lovely valentines day. Kelly your not alone I still haven't ov'd yet either I did an opk this morning and still got a flashing smiley. Emmajane you never know you may just get that BFP yet . Hi Hun glad you had a lovely time, she still not well, can't sleep as keeps coughing and then dry heaving, luckily her temperature isn't as high as it was 39.7 last night so medicine must be working, flashing smileys are good Hun, I'm watching a few fertility monitors on eBay I really want to give them a go but again so expensive x

That's good the medicine must be working then if her temps come down fertility monitors are so expensive aren't they? is that the clearblue ones? I was considering buying one til I read on the box that its not for women with cycles longer than 40 days or something so I was like that's me out then lol

Just thinking I never seem to get a lot of cm do you need this to get pregnant or do some people not have it but still get pregnant? I know some people take evening primrose oil for that reason but I cannot take that as people with epilepsy are not allowed to take it, so was just wondering if little cm could be a prob? any advice is greatly appreciated

I think people can get pregnant if they don't have much cm, but cm (esp ewcm) can help the sperm on their journey by protecting slightly from the acidic nature of the uterus.

There are some gels/sprays that do the same thing tho, think balance active does one (think that's what it is called, saw it in tescos the other day and was considering it) xx

Kirsty with ebay change the sorting parameters for lowest price first, that's what I do. Yes fertility monitors are expensive, but like you I keep looking at them and if you look long enough there are a few that you can get at a steal. However like I say they're hidden aming the rest that are expensive so change the parameters.
Glad your daughters temp came down a little bit, hope the improvement continues and you get lots bd'ing in.

Yummymummy the only times I get lots of cm is when I'm preg, or when af is about to show up. All other times I literally have to (soolrry tmi) put my fingers up and move them around a little... My point is despite the lack I've fallen preg before (lack is not sufficient to need any kind of lube when doing the dance btw) although never carried beyond about eight weeks..

Oh and I've just checked my app (do my temp early because of college during the week) and it's saying that I ov'd on the 11th, although I haven't had a positive opk yet and my temp is down again this morn..... Anyway that puts me at 5dpo and that was the day I had the red/pink spotting. I also had some watery cm that day too, so it's probably right (kinda feels right iykwim).

Is it possible for the boating and symptoms to kick in two days after ov?
