The entire bedding range that I wanted for Pea's nursery has just landed at my door and I have NO idea who sent it!!

It's in pea's room now and it goes nicely with the colours and is fine for a boy or girly. OMG I love it

Well it was NOT the o/h. He's not happy about it as he says it's too early to be buying anything for the baby. It means it must have been my mum, because I mentioned it to her. She wanted to buy all the nursery furniture but o/h wouldn't let them - he said we have to buy all the expensive stuff ourselves (he's strange, I don't know if it's a pride thing) so now I am banned from telling my parents the stuff I like for the baby incase they go and get it for me. FFS he should understand that this is the only thing they have to be excited about now after losing my sister. he's such a ***ker sometimes

Ah that's lovely, what a nice surprise! Men eh, don't think they get it do they, mums are allowed to be just as excited and spoil their grand kids, my mum brought my pram for my daughter and her other gran brought her cot! She was a novelty though as she was the first grandchild, don't think this one will be so spoilt! Even so my mum still can help herself and has been buying bits!

This is the first grandchild on both sides, o/h's family have this crazy superstition that it's bad luck to bring anything into the house for the baby until it's born
I just thought o/h would cut my parents some slack. We've had an awful 6 months and it's nice to see my parents sounding happy about something again x
