Karen how do u overcome the fear its all going to go same way as last time?

Hey hon, it is difficult and I have found scans worrying and it was tough when I got to 6 and a half weeks (when I lost my last baby) but as time goes on it does get easier to believe it will happen.

Just remember that the odds are on your side - one m/c doesn't make you more likley to m/c again so stay positive and try to enjoy what should be a really exciting time for you xxxx
