I'm feeling much better now. Nice MrPF gave us a proper section for long term and assisted - you know i think it was really really upsetting me it being all tucked away like that and feeling i had nowhere to go on the forums.

I'm starting to feel like i actually have a lot more control over everything. I don't have to keep on trying and keeping my fingers crossed constantly - it's kind of more like pick a convenient date and go get your baby implanted and it that doesn't work, nevermind because you can just pick another date

A nice story though - our friends are also going through IVF, they've been doing the injections and other early stage IVF stuff that I won't even pretend to know about...
Anywho, it's all gone really well, nice healthy egg etc & they're doing their first PG test next week! It seems to have happened so quick for them and like you say, it could also happen really quickly for you too and your house will be full and this will all be a distant memory before you know it x

Hi Sweetie, I am well aware of how demoralising AF can be and the whole IVF thing too. But you know the statistics are really high for people who concieve whilst waiting for IVF. So dont stop trying. Now that the pressure is off it might be more fun and more likely to happen.

I think you'll find 2 children will suddenly make your 'huge' house feel full of kids and all their stuff, and a large percentage of IVF's have twins. That'll keep you busy
