Oh my god - I got my BFP!!

I have to tell someone! I am 12dpo and just taken a test and it is BFPPPP!!! Feel like I am going to burst! I have been trying for 3 months and this month I was so convinced my AF was coming as I had all the signs. My boobs are killing me!

Will try and get into the docs tomorrow to confirm.
