Georgemum they pushed my scan out to 14+3, I paid for a private scsn @ 12 weeks which moved my date forward 3 days - went for NHS scan & due to being so late to have it they had to take head measurements & moved me back 3 days!! This was after my mw writing on my scan card could they please do it quickly as owe very anxious xx

thanks for advice/ info peeps. I have booked a private scan now for friday. Will chase them about paperwork tomorrow as its really not good enough.

Oh georgesmum that's appalling I'd be absolutely steaming!!!!! Glad you've managed to get a private one sooner but you shouldn't have had to grrr idiots

Well I had my 12 week scan yesterday it went great baby was scrunching it's legs then bouncing off my uterus wall like it was in a jumperoo lol! It also waved at us and rolled over lots. Unfortunately meant I couldn't get an accurate date/length measurement she's put me back 2 days but it was scrunched over still so wasn't accurate so I'm not gonna adjust my ticker. It also meant she couldn't take the nuchal measurement so I have to go back at 15 weeks for the quadruple blood test, so I'm a bit nervous about having no reassurence yet re the downs risk.
We've told everyone now including my son who literally tells everyone he sees now that his mummy has a baby in her belly, he asked me this morning if he could take his baby to his nanas today! I had to explain it can't come out of my tummy for a while yet! He also screamed with excitement that he saw the babies legs when he lifted my dress up to check....he was referring to my legs!!!! Sigh it's gonna be an embarrassing 6 months lol toddlers eh!!!!

Sorry for delay had scan yesterday and all was good got put forward to 12 weeks baby was very active and wriggly couldn't get proper measurements till I emptying my bladder. It was so funny watching it roll jump and wave at me it turned over at one point like it had enough lol. I can't seem to figure out how to attach a pic can any one help? Xx

Really could do with some advice girls, I keep getting blood mixed in with discharge! so little though that it is only ever when I wipe, never on pad...
I guess it is normal to have a few bits of blood here and there, but this is baby no.3 and I never had any with 1 & 2...
I am off to docs for swabs tomorrow am, then have scan on Monday. But 5 days seems so far away when I am freaking out over every pain!

I've not got any advice unfortunately, but if it's only when you wipe that must be a good sign rather than there being a lot? is there any cramping or anything? Could it be a urine infection maybe? I think it is common for some blood and everything still be ok and your doing the right thing getting to the Dr's hopefully they will be able to put your mind at ease. Monday will be here before you know it but it's still horrible you have to wait that long xxxxxx

Thank you Bunnykins, I have no cramps at all, so feeling OK about baby being ok in there... it's just scary when you see blood I guess.

I am keeping myself very busy, and hubby is thinking about busy things we can do at the weekend to make the time go faster!
