What type of things are you doing in the gym? I’m thinking of going back once I’ve had my 12 week scan
I used 2 do 2 HITT classes and 1 day gym doing weights, but I was so worried was 5-9 i only did 1 HITT class and 2 days gym.
I know everyone in the gym so I cant even speak to the instructor so I just ended up making out I couldn't be bothered every class lol and not pushing myself!
I know they say you can carry on as normal but I was so anxious about pushing myself too much, but the scales aren't showing a gain in weight which is weird?
Now I just do the gym, cross trainer(10 mins warm up) then I do sets of weights, focus on my arms, obliques and keeping my legs toned.
I only do half hour, feel like that's better than nothing?
I do want to go swimming but may leave that for when I cant gym anymore? Xx
Ive got my ultrasound on tuesday, sooo excited!
Ive struggled with some really bad pains in my tailbone over the last few days though, felt like a grandma cause I couldn't move lol
That's so exciting !!!
Mine is Thursday 9am
I've had lower back pain, making me really fidgety !!!
Then this morning I woke up with like I had a stitch....when i looked on NHS it says about the ligaments all moving and uterus growing, the feeling didnt last long and I've been fine all day?

Feeling worse than ever! had a few good days last week so thought it was over. How are you?
I'm into week 12 and scan on Thursday!
Very up and down at the minute, twinges, headaches and tiredness xx

I’m 13 weeks now ... everything in waves now rather than constant. But when the tiredness and nausea hits it still floors me !
How exciting bet you can’t wait for Thursday xxx

Im 11+4 today, so still have one and a half weeks of tri 1 left. But Ive been feeling pretty good so far 
Ive got my scan in a little over 2 hours, my first once since I didnt have an early scan. Sooo nervous and excited!

if its any comfort i am as sick as I ever was and seeing no end to it ..
starting to look into nursery furniture etc which is exciting and baby clothes..
who is going to find out the sex?

Our scan went well, baby was happily bouncing around after having a sleep for the first 5 minutes of the scan, haha. But it was so nice to finally see little one being perfectly formed and appearing to be happy and healthy.

I go on holiday next week to an all inclusive we booked before I fell pregnant so I hope this sickness goes by then!! I seem to be fine when I’m still and not so fine when I’m moving!
I’ll be finding out the sex. Probs having a party to. What about you?

How’s everyone dealing with the waig for their scan?
I’m so scared that something has happened!
I’m still being sick every night and can’t really fave food other than bread but other than that I’m pretty much fine. Maybe abit tired still. My boobs don’t hurt anymore but my mum says that doesn’t last long anyways. Roll on next eeek.
