*November 2017 thread!* Think I could be in here! Eek!

Is it bad that I haven't been to the doctor yet about being pregnant? We are in the.middle of applying for a mortgage and associated life insurance and I know they are going to be contacting my Dr, which I agreed to. But I don't want them knowing I'm pregnant, logically I know that wouldn't be a reason to turn us down, but I'm terrified that it would go against us somehow.
I know from last pregnancy that they will do a test before they give me the midwife contact number, and they won't see me before 8 weeks (was nearly 12 weeks when they first saw me in my last pregnancy, which mean my scan wasn't til nearly 14 weeks)

Xx

Emmajaine - we've recently been through the mortgage process and they took into account the number of dependants so you may have a valid reason for putting it off! It may not be the case though. Have you got a mortgage advisor?

Emmajaine I was pregnant when we applied for our mortgage and it does go against you as they take into account the cost of another person when working out your monthly outgoings. Or it did in our case.

Lots of people by pass the GP altogether and contact midwife before 10 weeks. xxx

With my daughter, I didn't need to see GP as they said home pregnancy tests are just as reliable (sometimes more so) as theirs so I had to book straight in with midwife.

I've now moved towns and this time I have to see the GP.

Do they really? Weve just been approved a mortgage! House is all going through now.
Good job we applied before getting pregnant!

No symptoms today. Nipples twinging/stinging wvery now and agin but my child is the son of satan today so isnt given me much time to think about them!
Why did i take thenday off work?!? Lol

I'm glad I went with my first instinct and haven't been yet.

Yes pismo we have got a independent financial advisor, we had a meeting with him about a week before we found out we were pregnant, so haven't told them either.

Hopefully it will all go through in the next week (they have already taken some of the fees, so counting that as a good sign!) and then I can get things going forward with getting my booking in appointment sorted.

So ive just had some dark browney moxed in with cm when i wiped 😢😢😢😢😢

Could be leftover from implantation that's just taken a while. Good luck to you, Claire. Are you ringing the midwife xxx

Try not to worry Claire (easier said I know!) Brown is old blood, so could just be from implantation or breakthrough bleeding.

Hugs lovely xx

Try not to worry Hun.. could be any number of things. Are you cramping?

Fingers crossed for you Claire. Has there been anymore blood?

My nausea has well and truly kicked in and I'm feeling quite depressed. At the minute it's the smell of my dog (he's just been groomed and smells of shampoo) and I can't cuddle my pup! Other half has taken little one out for the day so I'm alone and feeling rubbish. Really hoped I wouldn't develop morning sickness this time. :'( sorry for moaning xxxx

Hope you're ok Starchild, morning sickness can be awful,

I've awful lower backache, it started yesterday I'm a bit worried, anyone else got this?

Oh Claire, I'm so sorry to hear that. Will keep everything crossed for you until Monday! For now, curl up on the sofa with your choice of hot drinks and put on a few films to help take your mind off things.

Starchild - hope it doesn't get much worse! Enjoy the quiet time whilst you can.

I have lower back pain but think it's work related - I ache all over!

Clover I've had that too I keep saying to OH I've got period pains. It does seem to be worse after walking places, bending over or standing up for a long time.

Nausea has been constant all day, not yet been sick though. Boobs been hurting like mad too, it's strange I've hit 6 weeks and the symptoms have come at me! lol hope everyone is okay xx

So no more blood. Not had any for almost 11hrs so hoping its a good sign and it was old crap. Cramps in groin, abdo and back ao not sure what that all is. Plan to take the evenig and tomorrow steady till i can get to docs monday.
