So sorry for the long rant i'm just a teeny bit confused.
Basically as some peeps may know i am seperated from the fob. which at first was pretty tense but our relationship has improved a lot and we speak re baby and plans etc and he has really bucked his ideas up. so yeah really a pretty good situation. we are friends . which is what we both want and what i wanted for our daughter when she comes along.
The slight problem is that as soon as fob started getting excited about the baby ( including going to councelling re his issues . which fingers crossed is helping him) and providing for her and we became closer and agreed on a plan of action for our little one, his mother decided that she was going to disown him ? and has even hit him in the face to the point where he had a black eye for a week ! which i was horrified at! (he didn't want to report it he just said he wanted no contact with her and didn't/doesn't want her near the baby at all. i'm 100% agreed on that. he has mentioned getting a court order against her as he feels like she will try to interfere. and i think he is quite scared for our little one . shes pushed him out of the family but keeps saying she will make things difficult for us.
i have to say i no zero about court orders or if she has rights to intefere. i'm pretty nervous about the situation.

yeah its probably the sort of stupid thing she would do . unlike most mothers who would want to try and help ! gosh it makes me mad ! xxx
