It does get better

I also found that getting the baby out and in the fresh air helped aswell even though it is such a mammoth task, but dont feel that you have to be out of the house by a certain time.

Sending you lots of hugs. I'm sure I'll need them when I go out by myself for the first time. I'm feeling so overwhelmed at the moment and my son is only 7 days old. I can imagine it must have been tough for you. Especially when you don't feel well.
