normal?

for the past 30 odd minutes I've been getting lower back ache that feels like period pains, belly feels abit weird too, it started while I was sitting down, is this normal?

ah sweetie. hope it works. can be very achey. my worse thing at the minute is stabbing pains down below. so sharp i have to stop what im doing and take a deep breath. xx

I am getting those badly too! And quite often. They make me say ow involuntarily as well. Lol you hear when I am walking round the house is ooh, ah and ouch! Lol!
