Bump feels realli tight!

Hi girls, just after a bit of advice realli. Today i've had quite pad period type pains and this afternoon have started with lower back ache. I've had some paracetamol and it hasn't touched it.
My bump feels super tight and solid and am just a bit concerned I should maybe get checked out. It might sound stupid..... but i feel like she is right down there and about to come out.

Is this just her moving down and getting into position? xx

I would go get checked out being 33 weeks. May just be like you said baby getting into position and you having Braxton hicks. No harm in double checking though!
