Nipple tips

Hi

My nipples are hurting so much, it's quite painful.

Is there any tips anyone can give me to take the sting away. It starts to hurt a lot more of they get cold but I haven't left the house yet and they are hurting.

Do you put any of that lanisloh (sorry can't spell it!) cream on? I used it when I started breast feeding and it helped me. I found my bras rubbed in pregnancy and now as well but breast pads seem to help too.
