hi girls, henry went in his big boy cot today, he literally could no longer sleep in his Moses, we bathes him early tonight at half 6 and he went sleep about half 7 and he has just woke up at half 2 like 7 hours, the hv did say they sleep better in their cots x

Were on first feed. This is incredible. 3h sleep and 5h between feeds. Just hope she doesn't take too long to settle back to sleep again! Will be extremely pleased if it takes under 2h to feed and settle!

Well im quite pleased. J slept 9-1. Then fed until 1.45 when he went back to sleep. And it still sleeping now. He woke me up with noise so I presume he is waking!

Hi ladies, up for first feed after 11 so not bad at all! My left boob I'd hurting though which isn't good.. Still on my antibiotics for mastitis but have had a couple of pain free days so was hoping that would continue - but no!!

Sounds like there's a bit of better sleep happening tonight which is good! Apart from poor choc digestive Ellie ;-(, hope the night is better for u!

Were still up, she's still refusing to sleep... I don't mind her feeding for over an hour at a time but I hate that she refuses to sleep anywhere but my arms. Not even in bed so co sleeping is out the window...

If this continues I'm just going to have to pur her next door in her cot where she's safe and let her scream. I need rest or I just won't be able to look after her tomorro

Ummm this could have been me typing!! Hannah fed for well over an hour then had a massive wee, then another one over clothes when I changed her, now feeding on the other side!!!

She won't sleep on her own, only if one of us is holding her so I lie on my back with her on my chest, I'm a, light sleeper anyway. It's the kind of thing you say you'll never do but at the moment I feel like im struggling with the pain from tje section and frankly mourning my lovely homebirth so we're just doing what works!

I'm so tired. Had to decide not to go to brother's wedding on Sat, it's tje right decision but still feel crap about it. Hannah is not only tiny but jaundiced so got to focus on her solely, plus I'm feeling wrecked.

Tonight's been a better night for us with only 2 feeds, one at 3 and one at 5.30! Just waiting to see if he's going to go back down easily now...

I am sooo tired! The twins take it in turns to be awake and I am feeding one of them all night other than the couple of hours after hubbie gives them a bottle! They are hungry girls but surely they don't need this much milk?

Good to know. I will keep trying the Moses basket and hope one night it'll start working!!!

Tonight is crazy, assume it's cluster feeding as has, fef almost constantly from 2.15am till 6am!!! And now still wide awake!!! She's not crying just awake and looking round. I have had 90 mins sleep so feel like shite.
Have to feed her min of every 3 hours in the day so not a big chance to catch up on sleep but will try. Got to make the most of daddy being here as he's only off this week

Well jack managed to not wake till 6 so that was bonus. But I have just realised that he is going through a leap so this will explain why he is currently waking early and refusing his purée / food during the day. These are 2 of the symptoms along with the usual grumpiness. Another 20 days left of it! I was spoilt with sleep for too long. Big hugs girls. Xxx

Hi everyone! How is it that we were up for 2 hours , plus normal feed times & she still wakes up at 7 full of beans?!

was playing put the dummy back in most of the night! Try getting her to sleep without it but unless she's really tired it doesn't happen! Xx
