Luca was up at least 10 times last night, I don't know what I'm doing wrong... he's coming up to 6.5 months, still not slept through once! This was night number 8 of his unusual nighttime routine... I haven't changed his bedtime routine though! I'm losing the plot!

Claire I can sympathise with you, my oh phoned me earlier and said he's going to have a sleep when he gets in from work so he can get up in the night! Hello, where's my sleep? And it'll still be me waking up when Luca does and I'll have to wake him up in the night to go and see to him! Is there any point? I know he'll only give up if he can't settle him in 30 seconds and say 'he needs feeding'...

You're not doing anything wrong luv honestly. Spencer's exactly the same. You just need to hope that eventually he will settle it can take a while for some babies.

Spencer still won't go down before 11.30pm, which makes it a long day when he's up at 6 and if he has a night feed which he's doing more often.

How much food is he taking during the day and what time is his last feed? X

Hi ladies, not a good night last night all round by the sound of things! Oh Emilou you made my eyes water at the thought of getting up 10 times at 6.5 months old!! I'll be back at work then too so don't know what I'd do! I hope it's just a phase that will change again soon ;-(

Well max woke up at 3 then didnt go back down into his bed asleep until 5:30, then woke again at 6:30.. I am shattered today! Meeting my friend for dinner tonight too so may have to have a red bull to keep my eyes open past 7pm! It's nice to get out though so I'm sure I'll be fine once there.

Spin/Zoe.. I've just got used to calling u spin! Haha! M used to always have poo every nappy change, but then it changed at about 7 weeks I think? Now it's usually once a day, but sometimes it's massive up the back jobby unfortunately so would probably prefer lots of little ones to be honest! Oh Sara sorry for cursing u haha! Luckily I've not had it at nighttime YET! Xxx

12:30am - Resettled
2:30am - Breastfeed
4:30am - Resettled
5:30am - Breastfeed
8am - Wake
9am - Small Breastfeed
9:30am - Breakfast (1/2 weetabix with banana)
10-10:50am - Nap
11:50am - Breastfeed
12:10-1pm - Nap
15pm - Lunch (Veggie puree)
3:15-4pm - Nap
4pm - Breastfeed
5.15pm - Apple puree with 1/2 rusk
6:30pm - Bath
6:50pm - Attempted Breastfeed (Refused)
75pm - Asleep
10:30pm - Breastfeed
11:30pm - Resettle
12:30am - Resettle
2:30am - Breastfeed
3am - Resettle
4:30/5am - Breastfeed
5:30,6,6:30,7am - Resettle
7:30am (this morning) Wake & BF...

I just don't understand, he naps well, he feeds well (breastfeeding on demand)... I've tried Calpol incase he's teething, more layers incase he's cold, less layers incase he's hot... Tried formula before bed but he flatly refuses that... I'm just so tired I'm struggling with day-to-day tasks!

Harrison has has a grand total of 54 minutes sleep since 8.30am. He's completely exhausted, but won't sleep more than 5 minutes! He's crying hysterical because he's hungry as he keeps falling asleep on the boob because he's so tired

I've just swaddled him in the t-shirt I was wearing today & put him in his swinging chair, and he seems to have finally drifted off. Its going to completely mess with our routine but I can't watch the poor more suffer anymore.

I've just given in, I've given him some bonjela on his gums, he's had half a dose of calpol & I've dreamfed him 3.5oz of boob milk. He's alseep now, god willing it lasts.

I still can't believe he is teething at 10 wks old! What hope have I got!?

That is pretty mental to be teething at ten weeks! I don't know what's wrong with Luca but he had bright red cheeks this afternoon... I'm not expecting him to sleep any better than usual tonight... I don't want to be disappointed when he doesn't lol!

We've skipped bath tonight so lo is swaddled and feeding like mad again. She's not even paused for breath!
She's been so grumpy all day so I'm sure I'm in for a bad night.
Sister came and held her for an hour (shes been constantly screaming!) So I could eat and get ready for bed.

HV called and is coming tomorro yay!

Hi ladies, I've had baby number 3 all have been breastfed. My latest is 9 days old and is on demand fed.
The only downside is she was born with a tooth so when i feed her I'm constantly getting bit on my nipple or surrounding area. I know she is a baby and doesn't know that it hurts but MY f*****g god it hurts.
She is doing alright apart from when it comes to been winded, she doesnt like it and wont burp no matter how much we try and wind her all that seems to work is her on my chest falling asleep...does anyone elses do this or is mine the only one x x x

Hopefully shes worn out enough to give u some sleep.
J was screaming earlier! Proper horrible loud and uncontrollable cries and screams.. I now have a small inkling into how u feel. And that was bad enough for that hour or so! I hope things get better for u soon. Hopefully mollie is a little star in a few weeks and starts sleeping all night so u can relax xx

Hello! Can I get in on the action?!
My little girl Ella is 15 weeks. She's having an awful night's sleep tonight. Screamed for 2 hours while I was out swimming. Gave her an early feed at 8:30 to send her off to sleep. She woke up at midnight for a feed (which is early for her) & has had wind issues for the last 2 hours & can't sleep. We've got her injections today too. Could have done with a good night's sleep!

Hi Sophie- they always seem tO know when something is going on and never sleep as you'd like do they! Good luck with the immunisations!
Toby awake for his second feed- going to be like a zombie at the end of Tonight- oh and I have eaten another 2 Chocy biscuits!!
