I call maheen "puceron" (french...and I don't know the meaning in English) But usually poeple say " ma puce" which is something like "my darling", so y adding the "ron" at the ned, I try to make it sound more affectionate, like "my LITTLE darling", or I call "boule d'amour" which means "my ball of love", because of her big cheeks.
Otherwise, closer to her name, I cann her "nini" or "mini", which I was already when I was only pregnant!
