News on Sam and Baby Emma!

Sam text me last night! She wanted me to update you on her LO!

Emma is weighing in at just over 3lb now and is doing well, she is off the IV drip and is feeding every 2 hours.

She is being transferred to a hospital with a less high dependancy unit on Monday which is great news! She will be 2 weeks old on Monday.

Sam hasnt been discharged since having Emma so she has been at the hospital with her at all times.

She said her emergency C Sec was due to reduced foetal movement and that the blood flow was not reaching Emma properly. Poor girl, she sounds like she has had a rough time but is over the moon her little girl is doing so well!!
