Does anyone do the full trimmings again?

I normally do something similar to xmas just maybe chicken instead of turkey :D Plus a tastey dessert :)

Anyone else?

i woul do duck, beef, rabbit or pork joint just to be different as we have chicken every sunday hehe but we have been invited to in inlaws this year everyone always says her cooking isnt great so im like great! im really good at cookin compared to anything i have tasted from the in laws so far (studdied food&cooking) so . . . being she is ment to be the worste im waiting to see but i think im going to pop some fruit in my bag and chocs then if i dont like it i can say ohhh i bought these for the kids!!! haha nom nom :rotfl:

Ill do us a roast but if I don't then I don't its a chippy LMAO!

I cannot even think about NYD yet, have only just thought about tea tonight

We do the big dinner thing again like. And then tea at my dad's with pies and triffle etc. TBH i'm sick of eating lol xx

We're having a dinner for 10 (plus 2 little ones) on NYE so that'll be a bit of a banquet/buffet thing around our table - and then mates are coming round after for drinks and stuff

NYD itself I'm doing the traditional Scottish thing of having a big homemade steak pie , Scotch Broth in a big pot and (non traditional) apple pie, custard , ice cream and cream as a pudding, with a few nibbles of left overs from the night before on the side.

In the evening, I'm making a champagne risotto and a huge salad for 4 of us as we have a couple staying (good friends) so can't wait to be sitting eating that in front of some random blu-ray !

More excited about New Year than Christmas...:yay: as it means no outlaws

If you can't eat good at this time of year when can you ? All sounds amazing :D

I think we'll be having a big roast for lunch, and some type of yummy pudding at my mums again, same as christmas :) xx
