New to the Gym

Hi,

I have just started going to the gym.. well i have had a membership for about 5 months... :/

I want to tone up my stomach, but not wanting to lose weight - im 5ft 6 and weigh 8st 8lbs so pretty good on the weight side of things...

Can anyone help?

My OH is a trained thai boxer but his workouts are too hard for me as a beginner and he doesnt really know how to take it easy as he works out HARD all the time
