never felt so poorly TMI!!

Well hubby had a take away and i had 2 slices of pizza and a slice of garlic bread and half a glass of diet pepsi about 1 o clock woke up for the toilet and then when i was laid in bed i had a pain all round my diaphragm and in my back walked and hot around sat up laid down didnt know what to do with myself. in the end it made me violently sick so sat up in bed dh fetched me a glass of milk which i sipped then it went away.

do you think it sounds like indegestion or heartburn??
i am now left with all the acid burning my throat

Nightmare , I would say Heartburn myself, I was sick on pizza back in feb last time round and , and now I steer clear to be honest and just make it for OH and kids and something else for me.

It may just have been the combo effect tho, with garlic bread and acidy coke too?

Gaviscon tablets work very quickly for me- but taste orrible in the mouth like chalky teath X

Sounds like the same pain I get,Gaviscon helps although I find prevention better...I don't eat large meals in the evening (I've started using a smaller plate) and don't eat too late into the evening,I find I'm doubled over in agony all night if I do. Xxx

Definately sounds like indigestion. I get it if I eat too much late at night. It kills me and I'm in agony all night if I get it.

I don't eat too late now and don't eat till I'm bursting. Oh and I lay off fizzy snd greasy foods late in the evening too.

I had to cut out garlic it drove me mad with heartburn, could be a bit of acid reflux, your doctor would be able to prescribe something for you xx
