Negative OPK now and EWCM??

Im confused now....
Fri AM and PM positive OPK (Cycle day 10), Sat AM gettting lighter and PM much lighter. (Cycle day 11)
Today Negative OPK.... (Cycle day 12)
But today i have detected EWCm.... so when exactly does this mean i have OV??

One more thing, I read that u get positive opk throughout after ov, it means you have conceived. Since I had a neg opk, does this mean I haven't succeeded?
