I have to get rid of my belly!!! A customer at work tonight asked if I was having another LO! no love, I'm just fat! :(

The problem is, I'm a fussy eater, I don't eat much in the way of fruit and veg. I find it really hard to lose weight and i can't do a huge amount of exercise at the mo as my back and knees still aren't fixed. I walk everywhere tho! Can anyone suggest a plan or something I can follow to help shift this flab?

I'm doing weight watchers just now. Love it cos you can literally eat anything you want - as long as you count it.

I get extra cos of bf, but I had a snickers the other night, and 1/4 tub of Pringles this week too. Xxx

On my iPhone - so cant see tickers :(

My trick for when I want to lose a bit of weight is have a lot of drinks - not of the fizzy sort, obviously, but water, orange juice or coffee.

I do hate conventional diets, I was never able to stick with a proper diet devised by someone else.

A lot of people I know have signed up to the weight watchers online, they seem to be doing really good at it and have lost a lot of weigh. You're best to lose it slowly then there is more chance it will stay off.
