M's godfather (my cousin) always calls to my house to see her and keeps asking to call to his house. Thing is I'm always busy. He was having a party today for his LO and invited us, which I was really looking foreward to. Then M woke up with the worst headcold she's had so far but I was still going to take her for a little while.
Then the sparky who is re-wiring our house decided he was going to start today. I had to text my cousin and tell him I couldn't make it. I don't think he's very impressed. As his reply was "ok we'll start so" I feel terrible as its not the first time I've had to let them down at the last minute and himself and his family are so good to M...feel like I need to cry tbh.
Needed to get that off my chest.

Hun, if things just keep happening work around them, when you know M is ok and well pop round for a brew make it up tp them yet don't tell them let it be a suprised. Dont feel bad about it, just try and make an effort where possible x x x
